Oh happy day! A new meal plan is here and ready for you just in time for your grocery shopping adventures this weekend! Or download and save it for next week when you do your shopping (because grocery stores on the weekends can be a bit much sometimes, right?).

Last week was a good week of eating, y’all! From Mac n’ Cheese to soups and veggie burgers, we ate well and had tons of leftovers for lunches. Most of these dishes were toddler friendly, and can be adapted for oil-free and sugar-free diets. You’ll notice that a lot of recipes, just in general, call for sauteing veggies in oil. You might be surprised to know that a lot of vegetables have a high water content so they can be sauteed without oil and will taste just as delicious! You could also use water or vegetable stock.

Also, don’t be afraid to take this meal plan and make it your own! Add different sides, sub different veggies, prep the burgers to grab for easy lunches, etc. The possibilities are endless! Click below for the meal plan with recipe links and your grocery list!
